Yellow Daisy Sunday dress

I feel like dresses are must haves during summer. It is easy to wear (top and bottom always go together), cool (hello, skirts!) and can be dressed up for work and casual for off-duty. One of the best things about wearing a summer dress is the ability to throw on a denim jacket when it gets chilly. I have always loved this combination together. I especially prefer my denim jacket to have a cropped design to give the illusion of elongated legs and shorter torso :)
Some of my friends know that I have been on the hunt for a different denim jacket. I want it to be lighter colour and slightly more distressed. So far, I have found one from TopShop (here, in Mid Denim colour) but I have not pulled the trigger just yet. We are only in the beginning of summer so I want to make sure it is worth the investment (despite it's only $75) before purchasing.
I am currently obsessed with this look. This denim jacket is old from H&M and I found a different wash but of the same cut/design just last week. I hope you don't mind me showing you many of my dresses especially on Instagram. After-all, summer is when you want to be comfortable and stress-free when it comes to dress-up :)
Let me know which is your most favourite denim jacket. I would love to check it out!

H&M denim jacket (old, but exact same style here on sale for $20), Rebecca Minkoff Love crossbody bag in Moon (black version here), Born sandals (old), Daisy dress (gift from mum), Stella and Dot earrings (here, wear them multiple ways) and Lindberg sunnies

Your polka dot dress is so cute! :) I like it with your denim jacket.

I find that a dress is perfect in the warmer months too, I like the instant outfit it creates! :)

Good luck with your denim jacket hunt - I keep looking for one to replace mine but I haven't found one I like yet, I'm quite picky with coats/jackets.

Thank you! They are very versatile as you can wear them several ways by changing the stud part :)

I love a great denim jacket, and paired with a sundress it's such a classic look, also quite versatile. You look lovely. Great printed dress to brighten up the day. <3 /Madison
